New Delhi, 25 March 2026: Ashiana Housing Ltd., listed on the NSE and BSE, has announced the launch of Season 2 of its podcast series “Adding Zindagi to Years.” Building on the strong response to the first season, the new edition continues the conversation around celebrating life beyond retirement with a deeper focus on active aging, purpose, and community living. The second season will feature six episodes and will be available across major audio and video platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Hubhopper and Apple Podcasts.

While Season 1 featured conversations with well-known personalities and influencers, Season 2 shifts the spotlight to individuals whose stories may not be widely known but are deeply inspiring and relatable. The new season also expands its geographic representation, bringing voices from across the country including South and Western India, reflecting the growing national conversation around senior living and independent lifestyles for seniors.

The season introduces a new segment titled “Zindagi Bookmark,” where each guest shares a meaningful life lesson drawn from their personal journey. These reflections highlight moments that capture the wisdom gathered across different phases of life. Through these conversations, the podcast explores how aging can be a phase of renewal, discovery, and meaningful engagement with life.

Season 2 has been recorded at Ashiana Amodh in Pune and features diverse voices and experiences, including residents who have discovered new passions, hobbies, and identities after retirement. The episodes bring deeper conversations around independence, relationships, and purpose in later life while also challenging stereotypes associated with aging and retirement.

Speaking about the launch, Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing Ltd., said, “With ‘Adding Zindagi to Years’, our effort has always been to highlight that life after retirement can be active, purposeful, and fulfilling. Season 2 brings forward authentic stories of individuals who are exploring new interests, building meaningful communities, and continuing to grow in this phase of life. Through these conversations, we hope to encourage a broader dialogue on how seniors can live with independence, dignity, and joy.”

The new season comes at a time when India is witnessing a steady rise in its senior population, supported by increasing life expectancy and evolving family dynamics. Awareness around senior living communities and active aging is also growing, with more families and seniors exploring lifestyles that emphasize independence, social connection, and well-being.

ASLI Ageing Fest: Empowering Seniors with Fashion & Community

Mumbai, India — The Seniors Fashion Show, the highlight of the 6th ASLI Ageing Fest, turned the spotlight on a powerful message: life after 60 is not about merely adding years, but about enriching them with vitality, joy, and meaning. Far from being a chapter of retreat, the show embodied renewal—an opportunity to embrace fresh beginnings, craft new experiences, and showcase individuality with grace and confidence.

With seniors owning the runway, ASLI (Association of Senior Living India) reaffirmed that ageing is not about slowing down, but about living more deeply, strengthening bonds, and expressing oneself without hesitation. The evening, held at The Lalit, Mumbai, celebrated later life as a journey of dignity, creativity, and purpose.

A Blend of Tradition and Contemporary Flair

This year’s theme drew inspiration from Maharashtra’s rich cultural heritage, reimagined through haute couture and progressive design by Celebrity Haute Designer Shilpi Choudhury of Haute Couture Studio. Women lit up the stage in Met Gala-inspired avatars, blending timeless tradition with avant-garde aesthetics. Men made a striking statement in couture featuring bold digital prints of peacock feathers, paired with distinguished headgear inspired by the historic Peshwa pagdi—an elegant marriage of heritage and modern sophistication.

A Spirit of Celebration and Reinvention

The spirit of reinvention was championed by Paranjape Schemes, the proud sponsor of the Seniors Fashion Show. The spotlight of the evening was Mr. Shashank Paranjape, whose presence highlighted the organisation’s commitment to building communities where ageing is embraced as a phase of confidence, opportunity, and grace.

    Sponsors Driving the Movement

The 6th ASLI Ageing Fest was powered by the collective support of visionary sponsors:

Platinum Sponsors: Paranjape Schemes and RTR, Ready to Retire (incubated by Bajaj Capital)

Silver Sponsors: Alphind Healthcare, BridgeHealth, Cradle of Life, Emoha Eldercare and Heyday by House of Incor

Together, these partners underscored India’s growing movement to build an inclusive society—one that respects, empowers, and celebrates its seniors.
