Oxymed Inteli: The Quietest, Lightest 5 LPM Oxygen Concentrator in India

February 2026: Oxymed, one of India’s leading home respiratory care companies, has announced the launch of two new 5 LPM home oxygen concentrators—Oxymed Cure and Oxymed Inteli 5 LPM—for the Indian market. The dual launch significantly strengthens Oxymed’s presence across both the affordable and premium segments of home oxygen therapy, reinforcing its long-term vision of improving access, intelligence, and reliability in home respiratory care.

Delivering on a Clear Innovation Roadmap

The launches mark a decisive step in executing Oxymed’s publicly stated roadmap. At its India Dealer Meet last year, the company had outlined plans to introduce both a more affordable 5 LPM concentrator and a technologically advanced, innovation-led model. The introduction of Cure and Inteli reflects Oxymed’s commitment to planned, purposeful innovation—translating long-term vision into market-ready products rather than reactive launches.

Oxymed Inteli 5 LPM: India’s First Intelligent Home Oxygen Concentrator

Oxymed Inteli 5 LPM represents a major advancement in home oxygen therapy. It is India’s first home oxygen concentrator capable of automatically adjusting oxygen flow based on real-time patient SpO₂ levels. Paired with a Bluetooth-enabled pulse oximeter, the device continuously monitors oxygen saturation and optimizes delivery, shifting home therapy from fixed manual settings to intelligent, responsive care.

Designed for comfort and efficiency, Inteli operates at under 30 dB, consumes close to 150 watts of power, and weighs approximately 12 kg—making it the lightest and quietest concentrator in its category. Equipped with premium lithium-based sieve beds and supported by a best-in-class warranty of three years or 15,000 hours, Inteli is positioned as Oxymed’s most advanced offering, with an expected price of around ₹45,000.

    Clinical Endorsement for Meaningful Innovation

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Partha Bose, leading Delhi-based pulmonologist and founder of the Saans Foundation, said he is proud to see Indian companies driving meaningful innovation in healthcare. He noted that Oxymed’s integration of oximetry into home oxygen therapy is a simple yet powerful idea—combining clinical relevance with affordability. Dr. Bose added that such innovations are especially critical in India, where home oxygen therapy is still not widely covered by insurance, and expressed confidence in Oxymed’s long-term potential within the evolving home-care ecosystem.

From Oxygen Delivery to Intelligent Oxygen Management

“Oxygen needs are not static—they change with activity, sleep, and disease progression. Oxymed Inteli responds to this reality by continuously monitoring oxygen levels and automatically adjusting flow in real time, shifting home oxygen therapy from delivery to intelligent management,” said Alok Garg, Managing Director, Oxymed.

Oxymed was the first brand in India to introduce a built-in Oxygen Purity Analyzer in home oxygen concentrators and, with Inteli, becomes the first to offer automatic oxygen flow adjustment based on patient SpO₂ levels in the Indian home-care market.

Oxymed Cure: Expanding Access to Trusted Oxygen Therapy

Oxymed Cure strengthens Oxymed’s presence in the affordable segment of home oxygen therapy. Expected to be priced around ₹32,000, Cure delivers medical-grade oxygen purity while retaining Oxymed’s three-year warranty and nationwide service support. Built on the legacy of the highly successful Oxymed Mini, Cure lowers the cost of ownership without compromising on quality, safety, or trust.

Reinforcing Oxymed’s Role as a Category Shaper

With the launch of Cure and Inteli 5 LPM, Oxymed effectively addresses both affordability and innovation. The dual introduction reinforces the company’s evolution from a category leader to a category shaper, setting new benchmarks in India’s rapidly growing home respiratory care market.

Oxymed Launches Cure 5 LPM, Entering the Affordable Oxygen Segment with a 3-Year Warranty

Bengaluru, January 2026: Oxymed, one of India’s most trusted names in home oxygen concentrators, announced the launch of Oxymed Cure, a new 5 LPM oxygen concentrator designed to make reliable oxygen therapy more affordable without compromising on medical or service standards.

Oxymed has been a dominant force in the category for several years, with its flagship Oxymed Mini (5 LPM) emerging as one of the most successful oxygen concentrators in India and commanding over 50% market share in its segment. Headquartered in Bengaluru, Oxymed manufactures its products in India and has built a strong reputation for quality, transparency, and dependable after-sales support.

With an expected end-user price of ₹32,000–33,000, Oxymed Cure is positioned nearly 15% lower than the Oxymed Mini, which typically retails at ₹39,000–40,000. Despite the lower price, Oxymed has retained its industry-leading 3-year warranty, a feature rarely seen in the affordable oxygen segment. The move reflects Oxymed’s understanding of India’s price-sensitive healthcare landscape, particularly for patients requiring long-term oxygen therapy.

Oxymed Cure delivers medical-grade oxygen purity of 93% ±3%, in line with global standards. It features a built-in Oxygen Purity Analyzer (OPA) that allows users to monitor real-time oxygen purity, along with an integrated nebulizer for added clinical convenience. The concentrator also offers improved energy efficiency, consuming approximately 200 watts, significantly lower than earlier models, and does not require a stabilizer.

Commenting on the launch, Alok Garg, Managing Director, Oxymed, said, “With Oxymed Cure, we wanted to make dependable oxygen therapy more accessible without compromising on medical quality, service, or warranty. India needs solutions that balance affordability with trust, and Cure is built precisely for that.”

Designed for home comfort, Oxymed Cure features a modern, premium design with a larger display, a sturdier build, and quieter operation at around 35 dB. Backed by Oxymed’s PAN-India service network, the launch positions Cure as a strong alternative to low-cost imported concentrators that often come with limited warranty and service support.

With Cure, Oxymed aims to bridge the gap between affordability and trust, reinforcing its commitment to making medical oxygen safer, simpler, and more accessible for Indian patients.
