    Expands public EV charging footprint in Haryana with strategic addition at GTPL (Govt. of Haryana Undertaking)

    National, 27th February, 2026 : Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Limited (TPEVCSL), a key player in India’s EV charging landscape and a subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited, inaugurated Ultra-fast Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations at Infocity, a prominent commercial hub in Gurugram, Haryana. The addition of these stations expands Tata Power’s public charging footprint in Gurugram and enhances access to reliable EV charging infrastructure in one of the city’s key commercial centres.

    The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Smt. Vaishali Singh, IAS, Administrator–HSVP and CEO, GTPL, Gurugram, as the Chief Guest. The event was also attended by Sh. Rakesh Saini, HCS, EO–I; Mrs. Anupma Malik, HCS, EO–II; Sh. Manoj Saini, SE–I, HSVP; Sh. Baljit Singh Sangwan, CFO-GTPL; Ms. Shikha Sharma, CS, GTPL; and Mr. Virendra Goyal, Head – Business Development, Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Ltd., along with several senior officers from HSVP, GTPL, and Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Ltd.

    The charging stations are designed to cater to a wide range of electric vehicles and are equipped with advanced technology to enable seamless and efficient charging for residents, commuters, and businesses operating in and around Infocity. The commissioning reinforces Tata Power’s commitment to building scalable and dependable charging infrastructure to support the growing adoption of electric vehicles across urban centres, while reflecting the shared commitment of TPEVCSL and GTPL towards strengthening Gurugram’s future-ready, low-carbon urban mobility ecosystem.

    Tata Power has expanded its EV Charging network under the brand name of EZ Charge to over 2 lakhs + home chargers, 6,700+ public, semi-public, and fleet charging points, along with 1,200+ E-bus charging points across 630+ cities and towns. Overall, Tata Power EZ Charge has 5 lakhs+ registered customers. These chargers have been strategically deployed at diverse and accessible locations such as highways, hotels, malls, hospitals, offices, bus and commercial vehicle depots, residential complexes, etc. This concerted effort has been instrumental in facilitating the exponential growth of electric mobility in India.

    The launch of the EV charging stations at Infocity marks another milestone in Tata Power EV Charging Solutions’ efforts to expand reliable and future-ready charging infrastructure in Haryana.
