New Delhi, March 30, 2026: Ashiana Housing Ltd., a publicly listed real estate developer on the NSE and BSE, has announced the launch of Phase 4 at its residential project Ashiana Malhar in Pune. Positioned as the most premium and sought-after tower within the township, the new phase aims to build on the strong demand witnessed in earlier launches.
The newly introduced Phase 4 comprises a limited inventory of 110 residential units, emphasizing exclusivity and a scarcity-driven approach.
