  • LISA AI Launches SkillOS: The AI-Powered Skill OS for Workforce Performance

LISA AI Launches SkillOS: The AI-Powered Skill OS for Workforce Performance

Mumbai, February 2026: LISA AI has announced the launch of SkillOS, an outcome-driven, AI-powered Skill Operating System (Skill OS) combined with a next-generation Learning Management System (LMS). Designed to help organizations move beyond traditional learning platforms, SkillOS transforms how companies measure, track, and align workforce skills with tangible business performance.

In an era where rapid digital transformation is reshaping industries, organizations can no longer rely solely on conventional training systems that measure success through attendance sheets and course completion certificates. Business leaders today demand measurable impact—clear evidence that learning initiatives translate into improved productivity, faster execution, and stronger bottom-line results. SkillOS addresses this demand by shifting the focus from passive learning consumption to active performance execution.

    Moving Beyond Traditional LMS Models

For years, Learning Management Systems have served as repositories for training content. While they have helped centralize learning materials, most traditional LMS platforms stop at content delivery and completion tracking. They often lack real-time visibility into whether employees can apply what they have learned in real work scenarios.

SkillOS is built to replace this outdated approach. Instead of merely hosting courses, the platform functions as a comprehensive Skill Operating System that integrates competency mapping, AI-driven personalization, real-time tracking, and outcome measurement into a single ecosystem. The result is a learning infrastructure that directly links skill development with business outcomes.

AI-Driven Competency Mapping and Gap Identification

At the core of SkillOS is intelligent role-based competency mapping. The platform analyzes each job role within an organization and defines the exact skills required for successful performance. Using artificial intelligence, it identifies skill gaps at both individual and team levels, offering a clear and structured view of workforce capability.

This visibility allows HR leaders, Learning and Development (L&D) teams, and business heads to make informed decisions. Instead of guessing where training is needed, they can rely on data-driven insights to prioritize development initiatives that directly impact operational performance.

SkillOS doesn’t treat learning as a generic, one-size-fits-all process. It recognizes that each employee’s journey is unique. By understanding role expectations, current capabilities, and performance benchmarks, the platform creates personalized learning paths tailored to individual needs.

Personalized Learning Journeys with Real Impact

Once skill gaps are identified, SkillOS automatically generates customized learning journeys. These journeys combine existing company training resources with AI-generated micro-learning modules and contextual practice tasks. This blended approach ensures that employees not only absorb knowledge but also apply it in relevant scenarios.

Unlike traditional systems that emphasize course completion metrics, SkillOS focuses on proof of work. Employees are required to demonstrate capability through structured tasks, assessments, and performance-based validations. This ensures that learning outcomes are measurable and aligned with real-world execution.

By embedding practical application into the learning process, SkillOS helps organizations close critical skill gaps faster and more effectively. Employees develop confidence through hands-on execution, and managers gain assurance that training investments are delivering tangible returns.

Intelligent AI Nudges for Continuous Engagement

One of the persistent challenges in corporate learning is maintaining engagement. HR teams often spend significant time sending reminders and following up with employees to ensure course completion. SkillOS addresses this challenge with intelligent AI nudges.

These automated prompts are context-aware and behavior-driven. They encourage participation, remind employees of pending tasks, and motivate consistent progress without requiring constant manual intervention from HR or managers. This automation reduces administrative burden while improving completion rates and accountability.

By combining nudges with performance tracking, SkillOS creates a culture of continuous improvement rather than sporadic training activity.

Real-Time Skill Tracking and Outcome Measurement

SkillOS provides organizations with real-time dashboards that track skill progression and workforce readiness. Leaders can instantly see who possesses critical competencies, where gaps exist, and how quickly those gaps are being closed.

This level of transparency enables proactive workforce planning. For example, during expansion or restructuring, leaders can identify employees ready to take on new responsibilities. Succession planning becomes data-driven rather than speculative.

Furthermore, outcome measurement goes beyond skill acquisition. The platform connects learning progress with operational metrics such as productivity improvement, error reduction, faster onboarding, and project efficiency. By linking skills to measurable business results, SkillOS transforms learning from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.

Accelerating Onboarding and Reducing Operational Risk

Effective onboarding is critical for productivity and employee retention. SkillOS streamlines onboarding by clearly mapping the competencies required for new hires and guiding them through structured, role-specific learning journeys.

Instead of overwhelming new employees with generic training modules, the platform ensures they focus on high-impact skills first. This targeted approach accelerates time-to-productivity and reduces operational risks caused by unprepared personnel.

Additionally, by maintaining up-to-date skill visibility across the organization, companies can mitigate risks associated with compliance gaps or leadership shortages. Workforce readiness becomes measurable and predictable.

    Empowering HR and Business Leaders

SkillOS equips HR leaders and business heads with actionable insights. With data-backed reporting, they can evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure return on learning investment, and align workforce development strategies with long-term business objectives.

Leadership development pipelines become clearer, as potential successors can be identified based on demonstrated competencies rather than subjective evaluations. Teams can be structured more strategically, ensuring that each function is equipped with the necessary expertise to meet organizational goals.

“Learning should not stop at attendance or completion—it should translate into execution,” said Mr. Saikiran Sondarkar, CEO of LISA AI. “SkillOS is designed to help organizations clearly see who can do what, close critical skill gaps faster, and build a workforce that is truly aligned with business outcomes.”

Transforming Learning into a Strategic Growth Engine

By redefining workforce development as a performance-driven process, SkillOS shifts organizational mindset from compliance-based training to capability-based growth. It encourages companies to think of skills as dynamic assets that require continuous measurement, refinement, and alignment with evolving business demands.

In a competitive landscape where agility determines success, having clear visibility into workforce capabilities is no longer optional—it is essential. SkillOS empowers organizations to make skills measurable, trackable, and directly linked to execution.

With its AI-powered engine, intelligent automation, and outcome-focused architecture, SkillOS represents a significant evolution in corporate learning technology. By bridging the gap between learning and performance, it enables businesses to scale efficiently, build resilient teams, and drive sustainable growth.

  • Girlyveda Expands Women-Centric Wellness Portfolio with Launch of Ayurvedic Anti Acne Capsules

Girlyveda Expands Women-Centric Wellness Portfolio with Launch of Ayurvedic Anti Acne Capsules

New Delhi, February 2026: Amid rising cases of adult acne and stress-induced skin disorders across urban India, Girlyveda has announced the launch of its Anti Acne Capsules-an Ayurvedic formulation designed to address acne by targeting internal imbalances rather than surface symptoms alone.

The launch comes at a time when dermatology reports indicate a steady increase in adult acne, particularly among working women dealing with hormonal fluctuations, irregular eating patterns, poor sleep cycles and rising stress levels. While the market remains saturated with topical treatments, industry observers note a visible shift toward ingestible, inside-out skincare solutions rooted in traditional systems such as Ayurveda.

Girlyveda’s Anti Acne Capsules are positioned within this emerging category of internal skin wellness supplements. The formulation is based on classical Ayurvedic principles that associate acne with impaired digestion, toxin accumulation and imbalance in internal metabolic processes.

The product combines botanicals such as Neem, Shudh Gandhak (purified sulphur), Chirayta, Haritaki, Kali Mirch and Revand Chini ingredients traditionally used in Ayurveda for supporting detoxification pathways, digestive balance and skin clarity.

Unlike quick-fix cosmetic solutions, the capsules are intended for regular use as part of a broader lifestyle correction approach. The company states that the product has been developed to complement diet, hydration and stress management practices rather than replace dermatological care.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Danny Kumar Meena, Founder & CEO at Girlyveda, said:“Acne is no longer limited to teenage years — we are seeing it increasingly linked to modern lifestyle patterns and hormonal stress. With Anti Acne Capsules, we wanted to introduce a formulation that works internally, aligned with Ayurvedic principles, and supports long-term skin balance rather than temporary suppression of symptoms. The response to holistic skincare solutions indicates that consumers are now looking beyond topical treatments.”

The launch also reflects the rapid expansion of India’s herbal and Ayurvedic supplement market, driven by preventive healthcare awareness and demand for plant-based formulations. Girlyveda continues to position itself within the women-centric preventive wellness segment, focusing on products that address lifestyle-related concerns through traditional knowledge systems combined with contemporary quality standards.

Our focus is to combine Austrian coffee heritage with strong local partnerships, ensuring that each café delivers consistency, warmth and a premium guest experience,” he said
